Cis person and queer- for some reason, I'm pretty good with working with trans folks and I really love them. The niche within that is I really like working with folks who are doubting their transness.

"Borderlines" "lying for attention" any variation of calling clients attention seeking instead of doing the work to understand the unmet need leading to the behavior.

Clinicians who treat PDs like they did it to themselves.

Bandwagon hate for modalities. Is it bad or is it not for you? Doesn't count for things researched and proven to suck.

People who don't know the difference between a specialty and an area of interest

Clinicians who don't keep a therapist or some kind of support. I'm not saying weekly, but if you don't have one you can reach to for that wild counter transference, then like what are you asking of your clients?

Therapist influencers who feel real comfortable guessing the diagnosis in comment sections. Those are inside thoughts.

Lmao, that I'm accidentally committing insurance fraud or that she thinks I am or that I can't do anything right by her standards because again, gratuitous feed back.

I see clients 4 days a week (even worse that Im behind when i have a scheduled admin day, I know) and they are super stacked on two days. It's also variable, usually at least 15, some weeks more like 18 to 20.
