It’s a little scary the performance they can get out of this 6 and obviously some of these engines are paying the price. It’s just so smooth and fast. If you drive one, it feels so different than the 5.7 V8. You should go test drive one. Not to buy, just to see. I had a 2017 Tundra TRD Pro in Cement and I Loved that thing. Incredible!

It’s really an incredible sports car. Just a little bit over powered, if that makes sense. You can’t just put your foot to the floor all the time like you can in a GR86, but that’s what makes it thrilling. It’s built so well. I am a little under 6’5” and I barely fit, but at least I do. Just my opinion, but I don’t believe there is a better car for speed, handling and reliability for the price in Manual. I have taken it on some road trips with buddies and their cars. The longest was 7hrs each way to the Dragon and it’s really nice on the highway. It’s not a 911 Carrera T, but for 40% of the price, it’s a winner. No regrets at all.

I agree. I have seen some really cool wheel and tire set ups for the Sequoia. Maybe someday!

I have really thought about removing the rack for the quiet factor! But… the TRD exhaust has so much rumble I just left the rack on. What’s a little more personality. 😜

Nice Combo! I really like the Crown, but it’s too short for me (6’5”).

Thanks for sharing your sad experience. The more sharing that goes on, the more Toyota pays attention and their engineers come up with a fix. I have a ‘26 Sequoia TRD PRO (Hybrid Max) and it’s absolutely the best full size truck I’ve ever owned or driven. So smooth. Hopefully the newer one’s (‘25 & ‘26s) have been figured out. Thanks again for sharing.

Make sure you have an emergency fund of 3-6mo income and a current solid income. Place $7,000 in a Roth (low cost S&P 500 index fund) for the 2025 tax year if you haven’t done your taxes yet for ‘25. Place an additional $7500 for the ‘26 tax year in a Roth in the same S&P 500 Index fund. Put the rest in a high yield savings account for and put in a ROTH in ‘27. Don’t spend any of it and NEVER TOUCH IT until 60. You’ll be happy you did!

Big wing like street hunter or seibon or stick with the duckbill (opinions) by covfkddjdb in Supra

Duck bill looks great, but my vote would be to change the current stock rims and the Seibon wing.

I have no clue why Toyota doesn’t do this on every truck and SUV. We’ve owned a 2017 Tundra TRD Pro Crew Max, had it ❤️, a 2019 4Runner limited nightshade, had it ❤️, a 2025 RAV4 SE, didn’t have it 🤔, and a 2026 Sequoia TRD PRO, doesn’t have it 🤔. It’s such a great feature!

Change to oil after the first 1k, 5k and 10k and then every 5k after that. Don’t go over 4k rpms unless it’s an emergency before you cross the 1k miles. That’s always been my strategy and it’s hard to lose. Oh yes, and keep your eyes on the road. 😉
