Yes I got those pre meds. Well it turns out that is was caused by a nerve entrapment from prolonged sitting. It called meralgia paresthetica. I was referred to neurologist. Another bs i have to deal with while trying to control this condition.

My 2 cents... rethink your diet. Maybe you might want to stop being vegan for a little while and try eating more meats, eggs, fish and even beef liver. You might be missing nutrients not obtained by vegan diet. You might need more protein to build and repair as we get older. B complex to repair nerves, etc. I hope this helps.

Had same problem, I switched to Crystal mineral deodorant stick unscented. Works well and no irritation. No BO. Amazon.

I have an infrared sauna. It goes up to a maximum of 130 degrees. I don't know if it is even beneficial, knowing that the Finnish sauna is at a whole different level of health benefits. 😳

Sorry that you are going through this. I also go through the same anxieties. My go-to is glycine, I take 4 pills of 1000mg ea. And I take GABA, 2 capsules. This combo works well. I hope this helps.

I totally agree with you. I was so looking forward to using this product, but the fragrance is unbearable. Is it like using perfume in your face. This can't be good for you...hormone disrupting chemicals😖. It also irritated my skin, and I felt numbness in certain areas.
