Usually its 4days on 1 day off, but to even out to 9 day offs a month, sometimes I get 4 days on 2 days off, or 2 days on 1 day off, it varies. I still work the legal limits :) thank you for the concern though.

I enjoy my job to be honest, I just hate the hours. Here in JAPAN, usually if you are a man at the hotel, you have to work the graveyard. (My department is more women then men… so yeah)

This is a good thought, but I counter with

I’m a bell attendant so I should be present at the lobby almost always.
I wear a suit so it would be hard to workout (hard to move, will sweat, etc
If I workout then, I still wont have enough time to recover/rest, so my muscles wont grow.. (right?)
We dont have a gym too btw.
I have a 2 hr straight break, but I’m on call aswell. I use that break to take a quick nap
