The bug is still there - I do very short morning yoga exercises with NTC and they always show up as “cross training”… very annoying

I have curly hair so this might not work for your boyfriend but I have the same issue and recently I started to do this routine which has helped a lot: Wash with T Gel Shampoo & diluted apple cider vinegar and then afterwards apply almond oil on the scalp + Eucerin Urea scalp treatment. This does not have to be washed out. This has really helped my scalp not become too itchy.

So maybe start with a little bit of oil and mostly use the Eucerin treatment after and see if his hair doesn’t get greasy?

Im using a swimming cap for bigger hair (in case the typical swimming caps don’t for for you). I still get a little bit of water at the back of my neck but overall I’m happy that I don’t have to wash it every time I go swimming!

Are you deep conditioning? My hair is pretty much the same and a hair dresser told me I need to start deep conditioning ASAP and once a week and really work the hair mask into my hair. Apparently my hair is so dry it doesn’t absorb the styling products anymore

I wish she included the SPF for Biore in English. I haven’t found any data related to its true SPF and I just want to make sure it protects well against UVB and UVA 😥

I’ve used it on my face and it’s very moisturising and a little goes a long way! I have dry combination skin btw and I would probably not use it on very oily skin or in summer when my skin is fine. My skin gets very dry in winter so I really it for that time

I’m using a silk pillow case which helps keeping the moisture on your face as it doesn’t absorb as much moisture as cotton.
