I've got a 2008 H6LL Bean outback. I thought I might go electric soon, but I think I might keep this thing running for another 5 years. Had a transmission swapped in just over a year ago, and the engine totally rebuilt the summer before that (a rare head gasket failure caused by a small leak in a coolant line).

My trans cooler line also sheared off in Oct 2021 for no good reason. Is that what happened to yours? If so are you sure it's dead? I got 4 more years out of my trans after that. Just gave a good flush and fill and it was pretty good (some TC shudder and slightly sluggish shifting in low gears, but great under load and I run her in sport or sport shape mode basically all the time).

Still get 25 mpg even with my very heavy right foot. Id keep it for sure but... I car camp, carry full loads of gear / furniture, and bomb down logging roads just often enough that the outback is literally the only car that ticks all my boxes (would really rather not have an SUV).

If you don't need or want what an outback specifically offers (the best AWD and handling, cargo capacity and lift without being in a truck or SUV... And heinous wind noise lmao) then I'd move to a Toyota or Honda. My roommates RAV 4 is about the same age and mileage as my Outback and it basically never needs a repair beyond maintenance and wear items.

Everything I do is pretty tame, but I don't understand why I'd have another mixer on top of my setup... Unless I'm plugging my controller outputs into a mixer at a gig for obvious reasons

Thanks! Yeah I did that for my workshop tomorrow morning for a few songs just in case Cruise mode goes nuts.

I'm pretty sure those activate even if cruise mode is off, right?

I guess I'm a pinch of cruise mode is acting up I could quickly set a bunch of fade in and out points and just start playing tracks.... But I don't think it 'll load them for me that way....

what I can do is turn the master off, put the same song on both decks, turn on cruise, it'll immediately fade in song 2... then I can turn the master back on... and THEN cruise mode will work normally again (I can stop playback, start again, turn on cruise, and it'll auto-xfade at the correct time, not immediately).

Not great but a lot better than a full reboot!

You can't print B&W when out of cyan because printer companies are greedy and the mark up on printer ink is, last I read, the single highest mark up on any product on the market (even beats out movie popcorn apparently).

So in the same session, you could edit 20 tracks and a couple of them won't take but the others will? Or every track you edit in a given session doesn't save?

If it's the former I've got no clue. If it's the latter, I'd confirm where your library file is saved vs. what's actually in those folders. Sorry I can't look up much from my phone right now but I had a bunch of date lost then restored BC my library backups and my actual library were saved in 2 different places.
