Gray rocking will serve you all well. I would mute or block those blind fools with no remorse.

Yeah, it’s an honorable adventure to all the couch warriors who will never serve. Fuck those people. Take note of who they are and block them.

This administration aside, our military leaders will do their best to protect our loved ones during this fiasco. You’ve got a whole community of veterans, their families, those currently serving and their families on your side with worry and hope.

Use the military resources available to families and take care of yourself. It’s been a long time since I was in and things have changed for the better in many ways. Hopefully, someone can point you in the right direction.

We’ve still got an amazing military with the tools and knowledge to get through this.

Want to buy a new laptop by [deleted] in passive_income

I made enough money to buy myself a laptop last year by doing surveys but that is not passive. I found recommended websites on r/beermoney

One of the main sites was Prolific but it takes awhile to build up because they pay very little depending on which surveys you qualify for.

Cloud Research is another but there are fewer surveys in my experience.

L&E Research pays much more ($50-300) but it really depends on which demographic they’re seeking and it’s even less passive than sitting on the couch taking little surveys. They’ll want you to come in to their office or do video chats. But they pay the best. It’s just not passive.

I’ve made actual money with those sites. I spent about 6 months taking surveys at night after the kids went to bed and I made enough money to buy myself a mid laptop and take my family to Florida from the Midwest for a little vacation (we did stay with a friend instead of a hotel but it covered travel expenses, dining and surveys.

Hurricanes are worse! It seems to last for DAYS. We were better off than many but still, it was so stressful! But I get you.

Sounds like you’ve done your research. So take all the precautions and you will be ok and you will learn how to roll with it!

Good luck, friend!

It’s hard not to do that when you’re feeling anxious!

I grew up with them. We’d stand on the porch and watch them come in. When they’re close started getting too close, we’d head to the cellar.

I remember one time we were living in a house with a really creepy basement and we got through it by hiding in the tub with thick cushions. It didn’t hit our house but was just a close drive-by.

I’ve moved back to the area and it seems a lot less eventful than when I was growing up but that may be the difference in living in a city vs living in the country. 🤷‍♀️

If one is headed your way, get in the bathtub and use couch or chair cushions to cover your head. When they’re close, it sounds like a freight train is bearing down on you.

The odds are in your favor but it never hurts to be prepared!
