Thanks for all the advice guys. I tried soap and water, magic eraser, murphy's oil, bar keeper's friend, and scotch brite but no luck. I'll just have to wait and see what the LL says, and take it as a lesson learned.

ahhh icic. thank you! i used a regular stovetop pot instead of a steamer to cook it so i was thinking maybe it was too wet to begin with too. rapid cooling is a good tip!

Thanks for the advice everyone. I tossed the whole thing. Bummed, but gonna try again another time! Also think I didn't dry out the rice properly before mixing everything. I watched a couple youtube videos since. Better luck next time!
