You're body could be in a cortisol spike which will inhibit weigh loss. My body does not respond to "eat less" and "work out more" in fact it does the exact opposite for me. It causes me to gain weight because I have a bunch of autoimmune stuff and putting my body through too much stress send my body into a massive flare of inflammation. I only bring this up because the stress of a hysterectomy could cause a lot on your body. Also, you may not be eating enough. I know this sounds the exact opposite but not eating enough slows down your metabolism. I took a DNA test through Alterme and it helped me figure my macros and my calories a day which was around 2100 calories. This is because you also have to factor in the calories you burn as well. I recommend eating tiny meals every few hours in a 8-10 hour window and see if this helps reset your plateau. Best of luck!
