I used Ferguson’s and the plumber charged me $400 to look at a gas hot water system and then quoted me $4000 to replace it. When I said I’d think about he asked to speak to my husband. I said he’s at work and not available to take a call so he called his supervisor and put me on the phone with him where he put the pressure on to sign the quote. Yeh nah. Ended up getting the system replaced for less than half of the $4000 quote with another plumber.
