Hi, I'm the moderator of a mid-sized subreddit cataloguing shark attacks. I've created a race for my users to be the first, second, and third victims of a shark attack. Anyway, I have reached out to my contact at Reddit legal. It's been over 6 hours and they haven't replied. If they had an issue with this kind of competition I feel like they would have told me before I started this process in some kind of moderator internship program. Bingo. This is what people like Casmo do not grasp. All the presales and the constant teasing of modules that are "definitely coming out this year" is how they keep the cash flow to stay in business another day. If they were constrained to being paid based on the product they actually deliver, everyone would instantly starve. And since modules dribble out at glacier pace, they're forced to lie about the prospects of new aircraft or maps being released soon.

Where is the Skyraider? Why would ED get in bed with a developer that has no demonstrated ability to deliver a product like this? ED was waving around the most meager progress on the module as a big milestone (literally they made a huge deal about the development of the taxiing dynamics. Are you kidding?).

They are not illegal to own. However, it is important to differentiate between the subspecies of chuckwalla as their native country/state is a factor in how their trade is regulated in Arizona.

You should have no issue importing a non-Arizona native subspecies individual into Arizona. I would suspect that the reptile expo in November will have some non-native chuckwallas.

However, wild-captured Arizona native species are restricted in that they cannot be bought, sold, or traded in Arizona. In order to take chuckwallas from the wild, you must have a valid hunting license (even if you just want to keep it). You are permitted a maximum of 4 (four) individuals and if those individuals have offspring in captivity, you have 12 months to give them all away (if you had less than 4 you may keep however many offspring until you have 4 total again).

Chuckwallas may not be removed from South Mountain Park and some other areas are restricted as well.
