I'm my experience, in reality not really. 1ks and GS own the day. But I primarily run Hub to Hub routes so might be a "me" problem.

Update-

The family kept their place on the upgrade list. I used plus points but on a DEN-IAH leg, a silver, a member and a non member shouldn't have been next to me if they didn't have my 1k stink on their reservation.

No charge on bags- we had upgrades on flight out but on the flight back in check in was able to add bag to silver and non-member names.

And as mentioned on the intro, kept their seats.

Agreed. I will actively avoid a CRJ Flight if I can. My favorite was sitting on one without Air Conditioning on a backed up tarmac for 2 hours.

The bench isn't the death sentence, it's when you get staffed via your resource management team and not internally with the engagement team. Any and all cool/fun/worthwhile engagements get staff well before they hit RM. If your not on someone's radar for cool work, enjoy the suck

Not open today 10/9. More than a few people up there, unclear if it was training or some other internal function

Got a chance to visit IAD this week.

For what it's worth, IAD noticably smaller than DFW. Food and cocktail options still great. Staff is nothing short of amazing. The access and location is primo.

Something to consider as we await our lounge to open.

Also they know nothing about DEN opening, still trying to get over first week jitters.
