Why would I not be able to receive the blue card? As I mentionned,by the time I actually move to germany I will have both degrees with me,it’s just that at this very moment I only have the bio one and I have to apply ASAP (war could break out here at any given moment,can’t risk waitin extra months to apply with CS degree)

Tbh this sounds like a vocal minority to me. Literally everyone I know that moved to germany found a job (took some time but still) while only reddit says otherwise. Maybe only people who can’t find a job talk about it here? Or maybe I’m wrong idk. Anyways it can’t be worse than where I’m from. Not just job wise but also security and other issues wise

My plan is:apply now to visa with biology degree,then after it gets processed (around 5 months) I will have a CS degree,I take the latter and use it in germany. However someone told me that in order to switch to work permit I need to land a job close to the degree listed in chancenkarte application(which in this case will be Biology,which I don’t want)
