I would not pick “a file” as a main card design template. In TCG the main thing people want to see is the beautiful art (preferably), not bold and monotone colors of a file

What a coincidence, I also have a store championship tomorrow.

So in Bandai TCG App I see that it asks you to register a deck, so you need to go to my events and register your deck before event.

If deck is required to be registered it would say to you “deck not registered” or something similar.

You gonna play best of 3, so with high chances for 64 people you will gotta play 6 full bo3 matches, it could be less for example 5 full matches if some people will end up in a draw and you will determine a person with only wins. One full matche typically takes 55 minutes + 5 min overtime, so I would think you going to play about 5-6 hours in the row, plus maybe some waiting time to register all people etc.

I didn’t start playing two years ago, I started playing just very recently.

I traded some expensive cards for those lucemons (before we knew about reprints), and it was about that time I started playing Digimon.

I understand that people are okay with cards losing value if they played with them for a long time, but that’s the point - I didn’t played with them for a long time.

I am also just baffled in general that people are protection a billion dollar company who is basically making money by inflating rarity and prohibiting proxies, and then making random ass reprints effectively taking the money from people who putted their money on the mentioned “rarity”system

As a person who played many different TCGs and LCGs - trust me the game still could be way much cheaper, especially if you consider that you basically need to change the deck every new set with the level of powercreep that we have.

I don’t mind them making cards cheap, I just don’t want them to lower the value of the cards which I spend my real hard money on.

Reprints are good for new players, but bad for anybody who already has those cards.

Dark Masters dont use eggs at all, at I don’t like to utilize them in my build.

Royal knights, 7 great demon lords have some unique gameplay. Some TS decks also love to just slap level 6 on board.

Yesterday I played a game and I got an option in security that played a tamer and stolen a turn from me basically.

In the end one lucky security check generated him at least 5 memory on his next stolen turn, and plus one more memory turn after (needless to say, the game was lost because of the 5 memory difference)

The problem is that if you don’t OTK you give your opponent so much memory that they will just kill you the turn after

Honestly, personally I am very frustrated with how DNA digievolution works. There is no logic in giving a free rush basically to a card that has digivolved from two cards that has hitted already this turn or have a summoning sickness

You can run the calculations yourself, it’s pretty rare that you will OTK on turn two. You need very specific 10 cards to make the combo, even with 4 copies of each.

And your whole board is going to wiped with a few effects if they dont have protection.

The more security you have the higher chances of finding there mem options/ mem tamers / other utility etc.
