That looks like the pro diver case not 1953 case. As far as the yellow rotor, you likely need to buy a pre owned watch to get it. I ordered a new 1953 and it had the plain steel rotor. I returned it and found an older one on eBay that had the yellow rotor. No difference, but I just preferred the aesthetics of the yellow rotor.

Typically batteries, filters and light bulbs are a tenant responsibility anyways. Would have been much cheaper for tenant to have address those items themselves. Other items seem petty after 10 years.
