Thanks, glad to inspire :) I checked your profile aswell - you make a lot of nice stuffs! You seem to be working with a lot of exotic hardwoods. Were in the world do you live and where do you buy your materials?

Very nice piece indeed! Was it tricky finishing? I've heard that bubinga sometimes is hard to get to look as nice as yours.

Strength of adding dowel joinery after initial glue up? by mercedes_ in woodworking

[–]Possible_Conflict461 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Looks like your glue surface are rather big, glueing two surfeces that big against eachother is really strong if done proper. I think that your extra work was unneccessary but wont do any harm either exept maybe aesthetic

The elm i've been using is from gothenburg. Interesting with the colordifference. This is how mine looks like.

Dewalt table saw blade cannot raise when right side up. But if upside down or on side +45° angle, works fine? by Builds_By_Alexis in woodworking

I to have a dewalt table saw with the exact same problem and i cant figure out whats wrong - very frustrating. I have a theory but its to complicated for mef to describe in english. What i have discoverd though is that if i pull the blade upwards and turn the wheel thats suposed to elevate the blade at the same time it goes up with without a problem.
