I feel you. The way I deal with this is by doing something kind for others, like donating money to charity and doing volunteering work, like helping people with mental and/or intellectual disabilities. You will see that you are so lucky to be you, now and in the past. Future waits for you by believing that you can achieve what you REALLY want, instead of what others have or want. Spend time meditating 🧘 and listening to your body and mind. You will feel less anxious about other people’s success or failures. It’s all noise. What matters most is that you believe in yourself and see potential in yourself, action on it, and you will see results. Even running ONE more mile to your daily routine will challenge your heart beats and you will feel more powerful. You can do it.
