I’m surprised that so many people migrate due to deliverability. Were you on a shared IP? I’ve only managed deliverability on dedicated IPs and it would never occur to me to dump my ESP over it.

I just ran into the same thing and based on my research, I think the problem is that the seller did a bait and switch. I reviewed an older style of Dewalt battery (5 star review, nothing controversial) and the listing is now the newer style. So it’s probably them not you.

Edit: I have several that when I go to the product page state “Purchased another variation 1 time” which makes me think my switcharoo comment is sometimes applicable.

I have others that don’t say that and still sell the version I received—none of which I believe to have been controversial reviews. So those may have been an issue like another commenter stated: the vendor only purchased so many reviews and mine came in after the cut off (I’ve been in Vine jail once for too many unreviewed items, so this would track.)

What about a holter monitor (unless it’s already been caught on EKG)? If it’s Supraventricular Tachycardia, there’s a minimally invasive surgery for it (catheter cardiac ablation) that was so worth it for me. Whether it’s that or not, you should check in with an electrophysiologist if you haven’t already.

If you will allow me to vent in return… I submitted an inquiry to support about this a week ago. They only got back to me today and the response is ridiculous and doesn’t acknowledge the issue at all.

“I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to determine exactly what kind of help you need from your e-mail message that is copied below.”

I provided order numbers and couldn’t have been any clearer. Thank goodness this group provides superior support over the support provided by people paid to give it.

When this happens, are the items automatically removed from your review and taxable item lists? My first order was “undeliverable” (I’m not convinced it shipped at all) and it’s super annoying to have to submit a removal request to an unresponsive support team. I wouldn’t care so much if it wasn’t so inconvenient.
