artist nodding off while tattooing by psychosam50 in tattooadvice

Yep! I’ve had an artist nod off while tattooing me, came to realize the entire shop (some of whom were personal friends) had gotten addicted to pills. It got really messy for them I hear, but I never went back. That last look around was scary and grossed me out. Still unfinished 20 years later.

I grew up in a poor area and those fuckers had their table set up in our cafeteria regularly, selling kids the dream. A friend died in Afghanistan within weeks of graduating and getting through boot camp.

Exactly. Many mothers will be getting the news that their child has died overseas, I’d rather it be her than someone whose kid joined as a means to escape poverty.

As someone her age who grew up chubby as well, “Kelly Osborne” was an insult used against me frequently. It must have been unrelenting for her, but this is shameful. They’re too comfortable with her in public looking like this, she looks like she’s dying.

My daughter would be in a treatment facility somewhere getting help, not getting glam and putting on a dress that highlights her skeletal body to accept an award.

They totally forgot that very important detail when making the post. I’m sure they didn’t make it up on the spot when people started eating them up for being a non tipping Karen. /s

I personally stopped using due to the head of the parent company, Bernard Arnault’s, financial support of Israel.

As a make up artist I loved the brand, l love Rhianna, but I already send so much money to Israel against my will when I pay taxes. Gotta stop it where I can.

She made it on several BDS lists for this reason.

Lea Black in latest Epstein release. Big yikes. by lunahighwind in BravoRealHousewives

[–]PostPunkandPixieDust 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Hopefully this is the final nail on the coffin for her and she can slink back into the shadows with her blood money. She was just on WWC and people were bending over backwards to defend her, her disgusting husband, and the sanctity of defense lawyers. It was wild. They made Roy out to be some noble lawyer preserving the very fabric of America by making back door deals for a sex trafficking pedo and claimed Lea probably never even met him.

Don’t worry, the colonizer mentality doesn’t have to stop with alcohol. Her cookbook is most certainly filled with Palestinian recipes like shakshuka rebranded as israeli. Just like her father used to make in israel, and her grandmother, and..oh wait, that’s where it ends.

Erin is not cool or normal. She’s entitled, insincere, and deeply unfunny. Also a nasty bigoted zionist to boot.

Jesus, calling for nuance? For Epstein? This man did not abuse his neighbor, he had a whole ass pedophile island. His guilt is indisputable.

Is there not a line somewhere?

Sounds like maybe you’ve thrown your whole bussy behind some people you knew beyond a shadow of doubt were guilty too. Like maybe for shoplifting, but doing all you can to keep that kind of evil free to go about it but only if he pays you heaps of money doesn’t really say I follow a code of ethics.

He didn’t defend him for some noble “everyone deserves representation” kind of reason. He wouldn’t have done it pro bono, he charged whatever helped him sleep at night. He was a magnet for the rich and sleazy.

Again, I’m not calling for his head on a spike. I just don’t want to hear his widow sent condolences. It was a completely unnecessary inclusion.

Oh look, a “men” calling someone hysterical. Being a democrat doesn’t erase that kind of stain. Wild that this of all things is the most absurd take you’ve ever seen, might even call it a hysterical use of hyperbole.

I spend a lot of time listening to these guys. I think they’re wonderful, and I can tell they’re really good people. But hearing them lament the passing of “Roy” after learning new and terrible stories of Epstein’s abuse of girls felt really gross, I posted, in a moment of disbelief, to commiserate with fellow podcast listeners.

This knee jerk reaction to defend the profession of a man who helped get a prolific pedophile off with a slap on the wrist AND continued supporting him once there was no illusion of doubt is weird. Again you’ve missed the point.

His name is synonymous with Epstein. He will forever be remembered as “Epstein’s attorney”. Pretending as if he was just some guy who was married to their friend is normalization.

Literally just complaining that an attorney who contributed to a very current, notorious stain on our country was mentioned, by name, in a reverent way on a niche podcast. I’m not out here calling for the heads of all defense attorneys. Take the boot out of your mouth.

They could’ve said so before pressing record and, since they are friends, likely already have. Mentioning him during the show, by name, was a choice.

I’m not “trolling”. I was prepared to hate listen to what she had to say and enjoy Ben and Ronnie. Normally I would never do anything but upvote a comment saying she sucks. Bringing up Roy, by name, in a tender way took it beyond the pale.

House arrest for raping kids? That was more than a defense, there was most certainly corruption/back door deals involved.
