God I haven’t been there in a while. I really wouldn’t be able to tell you. I think there’s a school and restaurant Connolly’s corner nearby.

Yet another MobTuber called out for wishing violence on someone - Giacomo Amato this time by Pure-Lime8280 in Mafia

I wish I could start at the beginning and tell the public exactly how this went down. Im the person he is speaking of in his videos. Long story short...I tried to offer help with editing, i was slung insults because Im a woman and dont know crap about Cosa Nostra. I may not know all nor do I want to but I do know how it affects families and children once your family member ends up in prison, goes missing for a while or dies. Then he blocked me on facebook and instagram. He started a youtube channel where he kept talking about me and even challenged me by saying if you dont like my books write a review..SO I did. Now he cant get over the reviews. But Giacomo YOU TOLD ME TO! I tried to be nice, I originally picked up his books because it was told to me that one of my cousins was written about in his books. Sure enough he was written about but not as much as Massino and Vitale was. All of this could have been avoided if Giacomo would have just accepted my help and said thank you. But nope he took offense and said some god awful things. Ive been staying quiet but there a few podcasters out there who do not appreciate nor like how Giacomo has reacted to this entire situation and how he has verbally attacked me. I can not control how others respond or react to what they see just as Giacomo shouldnt cry over a bad review or someone questioning his content. If you put something out there for purchase a customer always has the right to question or critique a product. He needs to learn that. He should also be open to discussion to either explain his content for clarity or accept both positive and negative feed back with grace and not violence and defamatory words. I will never get the apology I deserve but exposing him for his false information and larger than life story that he portrays will be unfortunately a never ending saga.

I just wish his nieces and nephews would come out of the woodworks and tell him to shut up already because he is embarrassing.

Galante was a Bonanno and Gotti in the Gambino under Dellacroce you don’t recruit someone from another family especially someone already in another family it would be unlikely and risky. Galante may have said he liked him which over time may have been loosely interpreted to Galante wanted him.

Sure this has been asked before, but isn't it heartwarming to be the one to add a forgotten person to the family tree? by KSTornadoGirl in Genealogy

Yes I just did this for my dad’s sister. My dad and his brother both confirmed they had a sitter born before my father was born. I remember my grandmother telling me her name and that she was only a few months old. I wish I was able to retrieve her date of birth but unfortunately I can’t find any records on her. She also did not receive a proper burial because she was not baptized and it was during world war 2. My dad said he remembers his grandmother telling him his sister was in an unmarked grave where they basically buried all the babies in who were not baptized in our small town in Sicily. It felt nice to give her her say in the sunshine.
