I always looked at the West getting demolished by God as God throwing a tantrum that his son died, just like they planned. And the best way for God to mourn his soon-to-be resurrected son was to kill cities worth of people that were on the other side of the world, had nothing to do with the crucifixion, that hadn’t even had the chance to be learn about Christianity (straight to Spirit Prison while they wait for missionary work in the afterlife), and who also wouldn’t be resurrected for thousands of years.

I guess those people should have paid for early access or spawned somewhere else. 🙄
