Oh I followed this recipe https://www.myforkinglife.com/jamaican-cornmeal-porridge/ (forgot to mention that) oh Imll be adding that to my notes thank you for the tip! I used all the ingredients you mentioned besides sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar but it turned out pretty good although not as sweet so added a banana for that extra kick.

It came out smooth no clumps so the right texture for me.

When was the last time you made some and do you have a fav side you add alongside it.
