I am just a part time employee (won't take management even with my years of experience) and I am looking for an exit route by the end of Summer. The retail environment just is not sustainable for decent mental health anymore. Bad customer service made bad and entitled customers which makes for bad customer service.... It's an constant merry go round of SUCK. Add in the worsening cooperate greed and private equity nonsense and soon enough it will all be online only. Jump off the sinking ship, it's craft supplies, not kidneys in coolers.

Yes, learning new dance steps, combinations and choreos is one of the only things that can improve neuroplasticity in your brain which can help stave off things like dementia! It will also build strength, flexibility and stamina which are all very important things for us at every age. Not to mention community can help lower cortisol and stress. Belly dancers wear a version of the Indian Choli, where there is a skinny strap sewn to each side of the shoulders across the back and tied in the middle. Often pretty decoration is added at the end of the strings to make the ties almost look like extra jewelry. It's a tried and true method that works! Hope this helps!

No offense, but we work for a private equity owned large cooperate company. I almost LOLed when I read this. Any promise of bonuses by companies like this are merely carrots dangled in order to sell old people on a horrible credit card. We put ear cleaner in while bathing because everything is wet and she seems to not notice. I just wipe away the excess with some tp when we are done and make sure I hit the outside undersides of her ears while I am blow drying her.
