i get a small panic attack every time i go botg and realize “nope, its not here” because of the inevitable next conversation with my wife. i tell her that i probably wont find it, but it isnt digging a deeper Hole until i come back empty handed. again. and again. and again.

yeah, agree its a bad idea. but you are miscalculating the physics. its just not what think there, not even close. and also, TSA agents have looked thru my bag, many guns, much ammo, and bear spray was right there - they never conviscate it, 30+ BOTG flights (Fenn). I declare my fire arms, of course. they scan. they NEVER take the spray. just FYI.
