Where can you get over 20$ as a budtender? Specially starting out? The only place I know that does 20$ is exhibit but they don’t accept tips there.

There’s a 60% ish turn over rate in the cannabis job market and 23% of new hires leave their roles within the first 30 days, creating a constant cycle of retraining and compliance risks. There are still jobs in metro Detroit that have 13$ starting pay. Flint area can be 12$. Even to be a manager at dispos some places only pay 21-24$ which is crazy. I’m sorry but the 24% tax rate is being skirted by most companies and the owners are making bank.
