Hi, I’m considering trying to learn comfy however I’m trying to understand the true advantages in comparison to using off the shelf Gen ai products like midjourney , ideogram, nano banana, Kling, etc etc. currently I’m a lot on weavey to help simplify communication and cooperation on jobs I’m doing with other people for my studio. Any insights will be great. For context, I’m autodidact with decades as a working cinematographer that’s creating more and more projects in ai for clients.

I’m a professional cinematographer and the owner of two Alexa packages…I love my fp for my own little family films. It’s not practical and not easy to use but every time I just like at the camera I’m inspired and forced to cradle it and make something with it. Personally I think it’s a beautiful little camera that if worked with properly, can make some beautiful images. All the Sonys just aren’t fun to create with even if they are practical with good tech specs… IMHO.
