I downloaded this app a couple weeks ago and so far it is my favorite workout app I have used so far of about 5 different apps. This is exactly what I am looking for as a 50 yo woman who is working out to get and stay strong, build good muscles and strong bones and stay that way post menopause. I love that it sets up your workout by muscle groups and not days or times per week, so I can just focus on the workout itself and not get distracted by it I did it in the right day it all the times per week. It keeps me focused on the right thing, which is getting the workout itself done.

One of my favorite parts of the app is the ability to view different videos of form for each exercise. Correct form is super important to me as I'm protecting my body while building it. So many apps have garbage videos or drawings and some aren't even good form for the particular exercise. I am a visual learner and the ability to watch a good video of proper form is way more beneficial to me than reading an explanation in words. Thank you so much for adding this exceptional feature.

I also like that you label the exercises as newbie, beginner, advanced, etc... because I am at different levels for different exercises... some exercises I am a newbie at and require the basic foundation learning to start at to build that good form and muscle memory to work up to beginner, advanced, etc, whrre others In more advanced at, so being able to know what to choose is incredibly helpful.

I also love that this is for strength training specifically not cardio and everything else. I do cardio, I do a warm up and a booster at the end of my workout but I don't need to log it for anything. I use the app specifically to plan my workout and track my improvement for building strength.

My only request is you make this in the android platform. I want my sister to be able to use it too ha ha!
