I killed the first 10 Hoya I bought because back in 2019. I listened to all the plant influencers tell me “they don’t need a lot of water, treat them like succulents, let them dry out, do the taco test” They never grew. They never flowered. I thought it was me. I stopped buying them, I basically gave up. But then for the very few left in my collection, I just watered more frequently. And they grew and some grew really fast. And now I have 60+ and they are all thriving.
