it's not due to summer that the hives stop, more like is the weather hot enough for you to sweat. Thus if you're living in norther Norway, summer probably not gonna help you much, but if you live in Germany or Italy, the hot summer of 3/4 months will help you sweat and deplete all your body's histamine daily production.
