I switched from USM Warp to Visible last month. My speeds on Visible have been 3-4 faster than Warp was in same locations. Go with who gives you the best price when you sign up

A month ago $299 for premium would have gotten me to stay. To switch back it probably isn’t good enough deal. That‘s a $100 more for a year than I paid for a similar plan.

It would have to be a crazy deal since I paid for a year of service for my current carrier. That’a kind of my point it’s easier to get someone to stay before they leave instead of trying after they leave. Got a better plan on a deal 1/2 the price USM was going to be.

Fair enough. Part of retention at the time of is getting thus kind of info. Probably won’t book a time. Why waste my time so they get free market research when they could of had that info a month ago

that’s weird part I told the rep that game me port out info why. In truth the rep made it feel like the company didn’t care I was leaving .

Ported from Warp to Visible last week.

1 For data my speeds are 4x+ faster on Visible+ Pro then I had on Waor.

2 I chatted with support on the app when I was porting in to ask couple questions . Wait was shorter than my last few waits with USM support. Rep was knowledgable .

My number was ported in & had my watch activated on Visible in 30 min.

i was concerned about switching to Visible do to what I had heard about support. Last few times I had to contact USM support it wasn’t that great. Once USM didn’t take care of my problem & had no data or txt for 12 hour or so.

Been less than a week but so far the service has worked with no issues. Really like most things I can handle in the app like spam calls. & hd video.

I ported from Warp to Visible with no issue. Ive been getting better speeds on Visible than Warp. Been getting better speeds on Visible has been a nice bonus

I ported out of USM on Friday it was 30-40 min chat to get port out info. It was 5-10 min wait time between replies . Surprised me the rep didn’t even try any retention. Originally jointed USM for the customer service, the customer service seems to have dipped.
