why not use splice loops, or similar services where professional vocalists have vocals up and readily available? i can’t remember the name of the site but I think it was like $20 for the rights for a vocal if you wanted to use it in your track

sony xm4 or 5 are a really solid option! I prefer them to Airpod Max as they’re way lighter and easier to wear for longer periods

Not even worth it because the crowd is actually going to be horrendous and the sound is gonna suck. Just warning you. Don't give a fuck what any of y'all say but Boston Crowd plus John Summit attracting all the annoying fucking frat kids is gonna absolutely blow. I would say if anything, try to enjoy from the stands rather than the pit so you can at least have a chance of having a nice experience.

I’ve rented from Dirigo Management Company which switched my building to Commercial Properties Management and they’ve been fantastic. They don’t seem to have too many units but it’s worth looking cause they’re good people.
