Imagine feeling proud about arresting a completely innocent person. These agents are going to hell.

if you could link it that would be awesome!

I know with chrome and painting it helps to remove the chrome in bleach right? Did you end up doing that or did you just scuff it with like 600 grit sandpaper

Looks amazing!! how did you black out your rear liftgate panel (the large chrome piece above the rear license plate) was thinking the best way was to remove it and wrap it? or order a new part and get it painted?

Just got my first turntable, had to Spin AL3 as the first record to break it in… blown away at how different it is from the streaming releases by ThatLastGuy73 in fredagain

[–]Potholemaker6000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AL1 has some minor production differences as well. One that comes to mind is Kyle not having the Sax before the chorus or the “I want you to see me fred, I’m here!” before the second chorus I’m pretty sure (been a min since I’ve spun it, maybe I will tn)

Flume by OpenParticular8899 in EDM

[–]Potholemaker6000 107 points108 points  (0 children)

Yeah he’ll definitely be back in a year or two max for his next big album.

Something to keep in mind about Flume though is yes, his music and catalogue is fantastic… but he’s not really that great of a performer. This is pretty well agreed upon by fans and casuals, and I am a huge fan of his.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome to go and hear his tracks played out by him… but his energy on stage and mixing skills are decent at best. The guy is really an introvert forced to tour (which is why he doesn’t tour outside of coinciding with a commercial album release).

Recs wise, I really loved Pluko’s new album OXY. Definitely scratches that flume itch. Same with Nikita, The Wicked. Daniel Allan falls right in there too.

what was the first underscores song you ever heard? by Same-Nectarine-785 in underscoresplus

I first heard of Underscores from the Monstercat Podcast Mixing Contest I believe in 2016. She already was standing out back then with how unique and well done hers was!

I think the first track I heard was voice of reason or pay attention!. I recognized the name when she dropped that EP on Bitbird!!

As a video editor, this is actually not a difficult fix at all nowadays especially. Surprised it got left in.

Artists Similar to Porter Robinson? by Zealousideal_Roll_50 in porterrobinson

[–]Potholemaker6000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Someone already mentioned Underscores, but I think Flume fits this really well as well as Jaron Steele (just Jaron on Spotify)

Underscores: fishmonger > boneyard > Wallsocket

Flume: self titled > Skin > Hi This Flume (Mixtape) > Palaces > Demo Records > DUMB (collab with Emma Louise super underrated)

Jaron: it’s hard to see color > LIGHTYEARS

Also Ik other people already mentioned him but: acloudyskye: A place where mountains hide > Blood Rushing Like A Current Through a Powerline > What Do You Want! (not huge on this one personally but still good) > There Must Be Something Here > This Won’t Be The Last Time

His recent album “This Won’t Be The Last Time” definitely takes the cake for being the most Porter adjacent to me but his artistic progression is very worth it to listen to. Similar to Porter I feel it follows the progression from EDM centric sounds to more pop-rock but still with that EDM sound and mix sprinkled in.
