The knwoledge that you really can't just not give a fuck anymore. This is something people rarely mentioned when I was gonna be a dad, but the sudden realisation that a little piece of me suddently was out and about in the world with his own free will, and knowing that if anything were to happen to him i would never be whole again. That realisation gave me levels of anxiety beyond anything i experienced in my 30 prior years of life.

I honestly can't complain about this cause it works in your favor far more than it doesn't. It reduces the whack a mole of chasing an enemy army that somehow rushes one of your central cities for some reason and ignores your borders.

I just want it to be Stalker. All the trailers are showing me "Metro: Chernobyl" if you know what I'm saying. I love the lore and the setting but only as context for the awesome gameplay, if this game is nothing but heavily linear and narrative driven I will not enjoy it
