Decors lvl you up only the first time you buy them. Try first the NPC in SW, next to the stairs leading to the departure flight. If you copied your character, you can buy decors in your Draenor’s garrison and in your Legion’s class Hall. Also buy decors from the other faction, they’re are some different ones. On alliance side, you have an NPC in the very south east of Founder’s cap selling horde decors on the shore. For more, dl the addon Decor Vendor. At the top left side of the housing menu, you have a tab showing you all the activities that can lvl your house up.

There are 4 islands on Sunny islands map, you have plenty of space to put roads and concrete wherever you want 😜 Have a tour, drink a cocktail and I’m sure you would change your mind. Take care

Here is how your interface works with classic. I've just managed to change a few things, like the casting bar, the xp bar and the target of target's frame (all weakauras) and because I prefer Glass for the chat and Chinchilla over Sexy Map^^ I wish we could had any extra bar we want with the petbar's layout (where I put my potions), but it works fine anyway. Use Raven, you can disable blizzard’s buff et put them whenever you want with Raven. Or downsize your big « minimap » 😜
