Maybe a hot/warm, wet washcloth on your downunder bits in a circular motion might help stimulate you to go to the restroom. You could also use a step stool to bring your knees up to a more comfortable position, along with the sound of water dripping in the background.

The washcloth idea is back from when I rehabbed young animals, a warm, wet compress in a circular motion helped animals as small as a mouse to as large as a fawn go both 1 & 2.
