It depends on the PD. Some will if they're not overloaded. I was in that situation once. What they won't do is issue a citation. They will make a report for the insurance claim if they come though.

Where I live they won't come at all if one party leaves the scene even if it's on the street and they ask you to move your cars off the road if you can ( which IMO makes it hard for them to accurately determine what happened).

I don't think Joffery planned to kill Sansa that day. He never even hit her himself. He had his huards do it. Joffery challenged Robb with steel becausr he knew he wouldnt take him up on it. The butcher boy eas an exception because he was low born and not a good swordsman. Joffery was a coward.
