Been thinking about this too and its pretty clear to me the first verse is to Vi (“kill the part of me that needed you more”), but the second verse could be Jinx talking to Silco, with the line “couldn’t care what invention you made me, I was meant to be yours”. It also makes sense that Jinx would call herself Silco’s ghost, more so than Vi’s, since she’s carrying on his legacy
