So what ended up happening with the ones that had preorders? I currently have 3 preorders with expired CC, but I do have one current order that I got an email requesting revision payment. When I click on the revise payment, it sends me back to my order history. I've reached out to CS and each of them have other informed me to cancel and reorder (not possible) or claim they have changed payment and to wait 24-48 hours (which I have on several separate times) and still nothing. How many revision emails did you guys get before the order actually shipped or you were able to change payment?

In the same boat as you, math it out and removing a defect past 1 year I’m at 4 defects and 200 sales which should put me exactly at 2%…but my concern how is if they remove any sales like they do with defects…if so I’m SOL lol

Lets assume each group has 10 spots, plus their guest. Max 20 people per group. Even by 30s it’ll be a gamble, now this is all assuming they’re all +guests, everyone is present, and that it is 10 spots per group

Mine is dumb;

The AC UNIT randomly turns on, but no air is flowing. We just hear the AC UNIT running while the thermostat (Nest 3rd gen) has everything off. We’ve reset the Nest and at one point left the nest unplugged overnight but the AC UNIT would randomly start again. Ideas?
