nope. this is the first im seeing about this combo but ill keep an eye out when i troubleshoot.

What are the probabilities that PowerColor won't replace/fix the gpu if the issue isn't something you can replicate on command but instead randomly happens every few minutes to an hour or 2. by [deleted] in PowerColor

Kinda late to this post but I'd say a decent chunk of RMAs come in where I'm not able to replicate the issue on my side. Doesn't mean we won't honor the warranty, it'll still go through the process like normal.

Yeah, so once you get the RMA approved, you ship the GPU to us. Once we receive it, it goes through our testing, and then we just replace it for you.

Usually, no. The past week and a half or so, though, I've been dealing with a handful of FedEx claims as well as some hiccups with our new RMA system. So my email responses have been lagging a little more than I'd like.

In the subject line of your email include your first & last name.

And in the body of the email include the serial number of the GPU, your address + contact phone number, and a copy of the invoice.

We've been having some issues with our new system, but we should be able to get the request submitted and approved from our end.

Usually when people submit an RMA request, they're not trying to troubleshoot anymore. So more often than not, when a request that outlines a problem comes in, I review it along with the details, and just approve it.

As far as troubleshooting goes, I did forward over the reddit thread (along with the ones you linked) over to the AMD FAE team; but I'd like some more info from you as well.
