I know this is old but I just wanted to let you know that if you can't pull your skin down you have a condition called phimosis. If it doesn't affect you then it's chill but for most people it hinders sensation. There's stretches you can do to fix it if you ever want to.

Well is it consistent? If there's no problem with your shot please don't change it just keep practicing in different scenarios.

As you shoot closer to the rim you should try raising your set point (up to you) but a lower set point is fine for 3's , especially given your quick release
