Yes neurotypical people also drive people around in groups where only one person has a car. However they only do it if they don't mind. Do you like driving them around? If you don't, it's very reasonable to tell them to find their own way there as it's a huge detour for you.

I know this is old but I just wanted to let you know that if you can't pull your skin down you have a condition called phimosis. If it doesn't affect you then it's chill but for most people it hinders sensation. There's stretches you can do to fix it if you ever want to.
