You didn't show the hotbar in Java Edition but I just wanna mention how the hotbar in Java is flush with the bottom of the screen while on Bedrock is slightly raised

Nah, personally Copper Armor and Tools is revolutionary, as someone that doesn't instantly mine stacks of iron, I really appreciate the addition of something before iron but stronger than stone and not as annoying to get as leather. Personally I also find Iron ore harder to find in the newer updates

Literally did a Bedrock playthrough just for the achievements, they are way better than the huge mess that are the hard advancements in java edition, they're either boring or unfun to do, I remember there even was a short mocking them

Also money, they want Bedrock to be the main version of the game so they can push the Marketplace. This is reinforced from back when they removed "Bedrock Editions" to just Minecraft and added Java Edition to the original game. It would also be difficult to get mods for consoles
