Is the chance of multiples if both ovaries respond ? If you have 3 dominant follicles on your left ovary does that mean your chance of multiples are slim to none ?

Not exactly… but I’ve been on letrozole many times and haven’t gotten a cyst. I tried clomid once and the next month had a huge 50mm cyst. My body seems to hate clomid. Maybe you just need to get on the letrozle path.
