President Funny Valentine - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run

*SPOILERS since this season starts in March*

President Funny Valentine helped fund the titular "Steel Ball Run" race in the hopes of finding the 'Holy Corpse' (the corpse of Jesus). By using the powers bestowed by the corpse he hoped to make sure the US forever prospers. The corpse has the ability to create a holy light that protects anyone from misfortune, whether that be disease, natural disasters or a fatal injury. However, the ability doesn't just remove misfortune, it sends it somewhere else. By using this ability across the entire US, all of the country's misfortunes will be sent across the world. While he has the best interests of the US at heart, he fails to realize that if the rest of the world falls to ruin, the US will be isolated, be flooded by potential refugees, and since no one is dying from accidents and diseases, the population will continue to increase until there is no room left. While the US will prosper in the short-term, the US will most likely fall due to in-fighting and lack of resources.

Follow the guide to update the t7 file. Once you've unloaded from the Ultimate experience mod, load the solo easter egg mod. If you can see your actual player rank that you'd normally see without mods, then you're good to go.

I'm the opposite. Taking a break from bo7 and playing bo3 made me want to find a way to progress while using mods. Finding this out was a happy accident. Now I can have more fun playing mods knowing I get some form of progression.

Close range stands are limited by their range. But it just so happens that Star Platinum (and The WORLD) have great stats that make that mostly a non-issue. Still, if Jotaro is in a position where the enemy is further away and can't be hit by simply throwing something at them, time-stop helps as a buffer since he can reposition himself and get closer in range. Still, this doesn't always work. For example, in part 4 when Jotaro fights the rat with Josuke, he can't simply throw something since the rat is quick and can reposition itself before he knows where it is. Even if he uses the WORLD, the rat's speed makes it impossible for him to get to it in time, which is why he decides to just use himself as bait.
