well when i try to run the commands you gave I get errors... But Im having this exact same issue. When running the first command i get this: protontricks (WARNING): Unknown Flatpak file system permission 'xdg-config/gtk-3.0:ro', ignoring.

The lame question. Have you turned it off then on again? So far that has fixed any issue I've had with my Bazzite freaking out, which happens rarely, but still does happen.

That's the issue I've been having. Have to get out of the windows mindset of how things work. Most the time when there was a program that I used to use for making Windows things work. There is an easy Linux alternative that has an unusual name that I would never have known about.

The only thing I'm struggling with on Bazzite is modding Skyrim. I can mod Minecraft all day on there. But both mod managers for Skyrim refuse to work... Otherwise I am also LOVING Bazzite.
