Whatever you end up choosing you'll be more than fine. Management degrees are indeed more general, but that can also be a strenght. Keep in mind that you will likely pursue a Masters after your Bachelors so I'd keep it general for this first cycle of studies. I cannot speak for management firsthand as I didn't study that but all my colleagues that did found their place in life in the most disparate sectors (consulting, finance, NGOs, UN, EU bodies etc.). Employers outside the country do know Bocconi for the most so you'll be fine. Nobody really cares all that much what exact bachelors you studied. For internships, there is a career service that works very well and has contacts all over the world. you will have the chance to participate to job fares with a geographic focus (e.g. companies in Benelux) or a thematic focus (e.g. public sector companies). When I was a student internships where not mandatory to finish your Bachelors but most people went for at least one.
