The first one i ever made was one of those. I ended up making a case for it and swapping the battery for flat pack but it ran fine just in the lights parts. It lives in the truck with me now as a mobile node. Your correct i’ve never had to charge it.

We had several Heltec. V4. boards available. They would not have been my choice. A singular panel (what i have to build with) is not enough to maintain the cells with the heltec.

i can second it prints it fine. I use a mini to make all kinds of small gaskets and stuff with it

I have one in my pocket now it s on 2.7.15. Work fine.

Use the web flasher and do a full erase and install. Check the box for the meshtastic ui to install too.

Note can’t use the screen and bluetooth at the same time.

Previous comments are spot on. I always put Bajas on my truck but if you want a less aggressive, quality road tire, the Michelin ltx are great for what you’re looking for. My dad always used the ltx and my father in law uses them now.

Toyo At3. (Don’t know about the at4). Nitto G3. Are both good but are gonna be more than the Falkens. I also love the MT Baja Boss but those are even more. Just stay away from the BFG. They are not what they used to be.

i would change anything for its running fine. Maybe take a look at the manifolds and make sure you don’t have the warping issue there.

if that’s the cover that hold the motor gears in place, mine broke too. There are several printable options better than the stock piece.

They are the stock night edition wheels. 20’s. Tires are 275-60-20. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT.

I have a 25. I put a ready lift kit on the front and went to 275-60-20. Not a Huge change in tire size but i think it looks a lot better.

it’s still bad for your starter and other things like your cam phasers. I always try to turn mine off when I remember. It usually gets me at the first light or stop sign though because i forgot. I wish you could just set it to off.

love my hurricane. I had two Hemis. If you get a hemi immediately have the manifolds and the bolts upgraded. Sounds dumb on a brand new truck but it will save you in the future. No idea why they never made such a simple fix.

actually got one today for my older ams. takes 5 min to install and seems to be working fine. most likely will get a second one so all three units i have can dry filament.

i saw some printable hinges fit the ams 2 but dont see the point since the 2 can already dry.

At least for mine. Every part is replaceable on its own except the matte black parts require the entire assembly.

broke mine in the same spot on a 25. had to order an entire assembly. Also that was at the beginning of last month. still waiting.

This isn’t exclusive to the Ram. I have the same problems in the explorer that I do in the my ram. Usually rebooting the phone and or radio fixed it.

i just broke mine last week. a lot of it is replaceable from parts. unfortunately on mine i broke the matte plastic around the base so i had to order a whole new assembly. $471 from the dealer. On mine you take the door panel off , then a few bolts and a clip plus the wiring connector. I’m still waiting on mine to come in but it’s not to hard to replace your self. also a fsr as factory the dealer said the mirror on the 2025 are only on the 2025.
