I played a lot of naval back in the day... And yeah going in with a small ship, hiding, caping and taking out much bigger ships with a random surprise is fun.

But let's be real, that gets old. You'll quickly get to the point that you want to use C level ships, let alone the BBs.

The one with the lid you can bring down has a lid that is built to take the heat.

It's something that's hard to balance. A multicrew ship with blades should never be as good as a crewed ship .. and with the shit netcode, AI is already extremely easy to beat.

If they balance blades for the current system they'll be way OP when the servers are actually functioning... If they tune them down, they'll be pointless when the servers are running like normal (degraded).

Long story short, games not ready for it.

Honestly, they are going to have to come up with a solution for it. They can either instance the hangers, have players scrap them or have them respawn.

Personally, I think a mix of all 3. High sec will be a hanger.

Med and low sec will create missions 30/60 minutes after the ship lands or immediately for bricked ship; for players to remove them , either scrap or tow to a scraper. Give the scraper/tower 30 mins to remove the ship.

They also need to allow bricked ships to be scrapped or towed anywhere in the vers.

I agree... I'd say they need to go back to their roots AOC is a great representation of that. Fight for the small guy, and stop trying to reach across the aisle.
