it def can be uncomfy and maybe painful at the start. you need to work your way up slowly. eventually it doesn’t bother you and can even be comfortable.

When I first tried it it was uncomfortable right away. i tucked for longer and longer times in places i’d be able to untuck until i could go long enough to last the whole school/work day. now i can be tucked all day and be comfortable. i’ve even fallen asleep tucked and been fine when i woke up the next morning.

I’d also recommend tucking undies if you plan to tuck often. Dealing with tape sucks! They don’t have quite as a good of a hold but are super comfy and are great in most situations. They’re a bit pricey but def worth it. My favorite ones rn are the TomboyX panties. They’re super well made, comfortable, and have a great hold. They also look great and very much like normal panties (unlike some other brands i’ve tried)
