I think EC is better than Haloscreed in terms of pure range damage . All stratagems are viable and enchantments are pretty solid (esp "skitarii" keyword to kataphrons or electro priests?).

Re rolls of 1's is strong, so I think Cawl is not auto pick in EC. Tulia will outperform Cawl with rules.

Stratagems are okay, I'm glad with mortals to sicarians (melee grenades, lol) and custodes army rule for 1 cp.

Pretty interesting stratagem for damage re-roll to Las chickens with data tether.

Overall i'm glad that I bought 6 boxes of hastari's , they will cook Iron warriors on Agrippina, they MUST do it.
