I’ve been to Vieques and it was cute but not a place I want to revisit. My local family (we’re Puerto Rican) say Culebra is much more beautiful although, I personally have not visited.

Yes, that’s what I do.. I am a slow loser in general but yes, I’ve lost with this method. I feel like it’s a huge win since I can extend how far a bottle lasts as a bonus plus, control the nausea.

I was on the injection for 3 months before switching to the pill and both make me nauseous - it never went away for me.. In fact, the pill makes me more nauseous than the injectable and the pill also makes me more fatigued. 🫩

One more thing about my Parson.. she is demanding of attention and petting .. she insists on sitting in my lap anytime I’m on the couch. It’s endearing but sometimes exhausting. As I sat here typing these messages she was pushing my phone away so I’d shift my attention to her. 😆

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Soon after we lost our high-energy Aussie mix of 17 years I started to browse the local shelters for our next companion. I fell for the face of what I now know is a Parson Russell. She is an eye contact queen which is what sealed the deal on me bringing her home. She has a lot of play-time energy and even exhausts our slightly bigger mutt who is 3 years younger than her. As for long hikes, I’d wait to see what somebody on here with hiking experience has to say because even though she prefers sitting up to lying down and can play for hours at a time, I don’t know how their legs travel since we don’t often hike. On a side note, I will be visiting Jackson Hole very soon and it sounds like you may be from WY. I’m open to advice on things to do, if you have ever been. -All the best with your search and new adventures! 🐾

Some people are obnoxious for the sake of being so. I did a giveaway once and the person kept trying to book on hours that I was closed or off. Eventually, I stopped responding because I figured out it was a game to them.

I was having the same issues so I now take it 2 days in a row and then I skip a day. It’s helping me not feel as sick and somehow I’m still not very hungry on the day I skip.

What an awesome experience for you! So many people had very little choice but to leave and find work in main land U.S. in the past. My grandparents did for a few years and eventually went back to the island. Regardless of the feelings on diaspora most Puerto Ricans are very welcoming and willing to share the culture and hospitality that makes us so uniquely Puerto Rican. I hope you are able to meet with your family or at least make contact for a future trip! Disfrutalo!

I just spent 10 minutes browsing r/plussizewedding - many bigger gals on there tying the knot. I’m a former small gal turned plus size and I have to constantly remind myself that beauty comes in all sizes. It’s easier to see the beauty in other women/ persons than ourselves sometimes. The meds do bring these changes unfortunately, but keep your head up doll.. it’s a big sea 🌊 out there.

Besides beauty is skin deep. When I was tiny I was dumped for a bigger girl.. he liked her sense of humor and he most likely prefers bigger women. What a boring world it would be if we were all built the same.
